We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). Project Manager Provides project management of multiple large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk projects for Client IT initiatives. Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance utilizing Client's project management methodologies and frameworks. Actively promote continuous improvement in Project Delivery Team processes, tools and technologies. Levels Project Manager 3-6 years experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously. Required Skills Knowledge and understanding of Project Management's Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Information Management (including record keeping) policies and practices. Experience working with global teams. Manufacturing industry experience working in a customer facing role. Proven experience with: Develop project plans including, but not limited to, aspects such as project objectives, measurable metrics, tools to be used, impacted systems, system specifications, schedules, project budgeting and stakeholders. Prioritize critical tasks during the planning phase to ensure critical functionality continuity in the short term. Articulate project objectives and establish tracking mechanisms to measure and track these objectives. Update key stakeholders, their roles on the project and their upstream and downstream system dependencies. Identify change management needs and process changes to prepare detailed organization-wide change management strategies for all teams impacted by systems implementations, upgrades, and ongoing modifications. Manage project execution to adhere to the project budget, scope and schedule. Report statuses, progress, risks, and deviations to the steering committee, executive leadership (where needed) and key stakeholders. Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies to plan tasks, perform effort estimations where needed, create test scripts with SMEs and coordinate the activities of all project personnel to ensure that the project moves towards its goals. Leads planning and execution of projects including funding gate requests. Gathers and develops requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan. Sources, selects and on-boards team members in various disciplines. Clarify roles and responsibilities and set task/deliverable/performance expectations for all resources
