**What you will do**
- Confirm OKRs, KPIs, portfolio/projects management, reporting requirements;
- Understand business problems, confirm goals;
- Define deliverables and success metrics;
- Complete Discovery Document;
- Create initial improvement backlog and implementation roadmap;
- Execute the confirmed management practices and improvements;
- Portfolio & Projects management;
- Process standardization;
- KPIs and OKRs update;
- Produce regular reports;
- Progress reporting;
- Process socialization;
- Continuous identification of improvement opportunities.
**Must haves**
- 7+ years of related experience;
- 3+ years direct Agile Scrum Master experience;
- Experience with Agile Methodologies;
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience;
- Prior experience in software development as an analyst, tester, developer, or project manager;
- Problem-solving approach with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view;
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles;
- Experience managing and delivering large, complex initiatives in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams;
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members Ability to lead software development initiatives and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met;
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands;
- Effective communication skills;
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams;
- Energetic, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work and lead in a team based environment;
- Be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues;
- Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
**Nice to haves**
- Experience with logistics software (delivery, transportation, route planning), RSA domain;
- CSM, SSM or PSM certification required;
- SASM, CSP, SPS or other advanced certification preferred.
