Enable sites with various aspects of Growth and Productivity.What a typical day looks like:- Be part of a bi-annual road mapping process to align with Commercial and Global Ops needs.- Have a cadence of regular review with BU Ops and the Engineering team to assess actual to planned effort.- Create and maintain a system to review all elements leading to productivity improvement.- Challenge the status quo and see quantified benefits of Automation, IIoT, Lean, Digitization, etc.- Interface with other AME and GBS to validate savings planned through cost reduction efforts- Support all initiatives and provide hands-on support to all OSEs to look at cumulative effort on cost- Manage cross-functional teams in various sites where tiger teams/CST are providing support.- Ensure all KPIs associated support such as yield improvement and scarp reduction are visible.- Support review of top site P&L and carve out areas that can be addressed through productivity- Actively work with the corporate strategy office and corporate marketing for internal communications- Lead and/or support the creation of data-driven presentations to EELT, ELT, and BOD meetings.- Work effectively with leadership, design and engineering, Segment CTOs, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements for Growth and Productivity- Define clear requirements to achieve goals with ROI, Investment cost, scalable solutions, etc.- Build financial models (i.E., Microsoft Excel); conduct quantitative and qualitative business, market, and competitor analysis; help identify and assess existing and new market initiatives as they relate to Growth.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Experience Sr in a similar position.- Strong background in engineering and manufacturing processes.- Customer Service experience.- NPI experience.- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office (Excel & PP).- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization.- Advanced English.- Leadership.- Availability to travel (US)
