**YOU ARE**:- A highly motivated person who has at least 1 year of management experience- Proficient in understanding the SDLC process- Experienced with Agile Scrum, Kanban- Able to manage teams of 15+ people and deliver multiple projects- Showing excellent communication skills (both oral and written)- An open-minded and flexible professional**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:- Building and maintaining projects team structure for meeting successful projects goals and objectives- Managing day-to-day operational activities of assigned projects- Managing Client's expectations, monitoring, and increasing CSAT level.
