**YOU ARE**:
- A highly motivated person who has at least 1 year of management experience
- Proficient in understanding the SDLC process
- Experienced with Agile Scrum, Kanban
- Able to manage teams of 15+ people and deliver multiple projects
- Showing excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- An open-minded and flexible professional
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:
- Building and maintaining projects team structure for meeting successful projects goals and objectives
- Managing day-to-day operational activities of assigned projects
- Managing Client's expectations, monitoring, and increasing CSAT level.
Facilitating project-related client communications at all levels
- Reporting assigned projects status to stakeholders
