Candidates near Moline, IL, are also encouraged to apply and may be asked to visit the customer location in the area.The deadline for internal applications is Monday, November 18th at 5pm (Central US Time).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Oversee multiple large-scale, complex projects within a project-based delivery modelMaintain project documentation, including plans, process flows, resource needs, and business casesCommunicate progress and facilitate meetings to ensure deliverables are met, escalating issues as necessaryLead change management with internal and external stakeholders, confidently challenging when appropriateAct as the main point of contact for all project activities and requestsDeliver projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality solutionsDevelop improvements for tools and processesBuild rapport with project teams and customer stakeholders while anticipating challengesTransfer knowledge to internal teams and provide necessary supportMentor and indirectly lead project team membersQUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityA minimum of 4 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCapacity to work flexible hours, as some weekend or late hours may be requiredWillingness to travel up to 10% domesticallyPreferred:Project Management Professional certificationExperience in supply chain, transportation, and/or logisticsStrong communication skills, including active listening and exceptional facilitationAbility to organize, design, develop, and deliver projects for diverse audiencesEffective collaboration with subject matter experts at all levelsProven success in a continuous improvement environmentComfort in dealing with ambiguity and delivering with minimal oversightExperience working directly with customersProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of lean processes and tools, with a commitment to diversity and inclusionQuestioning if you meet the mark?
