Please submit resumes in English**We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to work with Engineering, Product and Operations teams to support and lead high-visibility cross-discipline projects for Wiser. If you love efficient execution, working with multiple business units and delivery teams, and solving complex integration challenges, you will love this role.**_ Essential Functions_**- Drive delivery across multiple projects to build out our product suite.- Define and track success with metrics, using KPIs to drive key decisions.- Embrace modern empowered agile delivery practices.- Mentor project team members on agile best practices.- Make data driven decisions.- Work across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams, balancing priorities, and dependencies.- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.- Collaborate with the project team to assure compliance with Wiser engineering standards and guardrails.- Verify that deliverables are made available consistent with the agreed milestones.- Communicates clearly, ensuring everyone from engineering leadership to the individual team members have a clear understanding of project status, progress, milestones, risks, and issues.- Guide teams to create and manage realistic and committed project schedules; taking into consideration deadlines, dependencies, and resources when making changes and decisions to schedule.- Ensures the project team shares a common understanding of the project.- Take decisive action as soon as a problem is identified to minimize its impact and to establish a higher level of trust.**Qualifications**- 8+ years of professional experience in project management of Scrum-based software delivery teams.- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.- Prior success delivering cross-project initiatives and working directly with senior technology leaders.- Bias for action.- Experience working in a multi-time zone project.- Strong problem-solving skills - able to structure and break down large open-ended problems into smaller more tractable problems.- Proficient in gathering and presenting data in ways that drive effective decision making.- Strong understanding of product-driven engineering and agile delivery practices- Outcome focused and success oriented
