Ensuring progress on actions; mitigation of risks andissues worked through and understood by the team- Ensure project level risks are escalated per rules defined in Playbook- Manage to project budget, scope and quality- Manage internal and client delays in a project- Effectively communicate with team members, internal and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.- Delegate tasks and make team members accountable for their work assignments
