By linking people to information, capital and markets, we have helped millions to create lasting prosperity for their families and communities.**Job Summary**:TechnoServe is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for the project Sustainable and Prosperous Communities (SPC) in partnership with The Nature Conservancy (funded by USAID). The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic guidance and direct TechnoServe's activities under The Nature Conservancy's leadership, providing management and technical oversight, ensuring goals are reached, supervising the TechnoServe project team, and reporting progress in coordination with other partners. The position can be based in any of the project implementation areas or in Mexico City.**Program Overview**:The program's objective is to increase hectares under sustainable, profitable, and integrated production systems, contributing to GHG emissions and deforestation reductions while improving smallholder producers' livelihoods in Southeastern Mexico (Chiapas, Oaxaca, Campeche, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo). TechnoServe contributes to this objective by building local capacity to adopt agroecological and productive practices in the livestock (dual-purpose), coffee and cacao value chains.**Primary Functions and Responsibilities**:- Define and oversee program strategy, ensuring it contributes to and aligns with SPC objectives- Lead overall implementation and management of the program, ensuring it achieves established goals, objectives, and targets.- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders and partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment.- Lead and direct the field project team, ensuring appropriate resourcing, expertise, and performance.- Monitor and control the program schedule, budget, and resources.- Resolve issues and manage risks that might affect program deliverables.- Implement, manage and advocate for changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.- Oversee development and submission of high-quality project deliverables, and financial/narrative reports per deadlines
