**The Role**:
This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our growing Tech Holding family. If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.
- Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.
- Hands on Agile experience with multiple companies - knows how to facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) but also guide others.
- The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They're there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.
- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing global company
- Must be able to work PST hours
**Qualifications**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills is a MUST
- At least 3-5 years managing multiple digital web and mobile projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as **Jira**, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools.
- Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team.
- Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching
**Must Have**:
- JIRA, Confluence
- Scrum framework expert
- Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
- Ability to put together a process centered around Scrum
- Scrum certified
**Nice to Have**:
- Testing skills
- Product definition/requirements
