- Responsibilities: Coordinate the team and strive to facilitate coordination between the multiple facets of the team both internally and with external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the customer in road mapping and planning
- Assist the team with scrum ceremonies and other activities
- Manage the team, and focus on performance, wellbeing, and career aspirations
- Maintain the team's low attrition level
- Be able to adapt to changes in the process and communicate it to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide status reporting
- Keep track of holidays, time off, overtime and bonuses
- Manage risks
- Requirements: Experience with scrum and agile frameworks
- Experience with waterfall and classic project methodologies
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel towards the same goal
- Experience with JIRA, reporting tools, and office software 5 years experience as a PM, working with medium to large teams
- Technical experience would be nice to have
- Good spoken Spanish
