Senior Project Manager - Ultra-Luxury Resort

**Role: Senior Project Manager (Construction) - Luxury Resorts**:- **Project: 5* World-Class Luxury Resort & Residences**:- **Location: Baja peninsula, Mexico**:- **Salary package: US $150,000 - $200,000 per annum + benefits**An extremely reputable high-end construction & development group and I are seeking a Senior Project Manager - for the continued construction of a 5* World-Class Luxury Resort & Residences in on the Baja peninsula, Mexico.The overall development is will include a number of top tier Hotel Operators, Club House, luxury hospitality amenities and a significant number of multi family luxury homes.You will be a Senior Project Manager capable of handling more than a single projects at one time. You will:- Liaise with all of the stakeholders throughout construction- Oversee construction on Hospitality, Luxury Homes and Amenities- Be the clear link person between the Developer and the GC- Updating financial forecasts on overall Project budget, etcPre-requisites for position- Min 5 years Luxury Luxury Resort projects- Ability to lead multiple project elements at a given time- Outstanding 1-1 client facing skillsAdditional benefits include:- Bonus- Relocation (if relevant)- Full medical insurance- Mobile phonePay: $2,400,000.00 - $3,300,000.00 per year**Experience**:- Project management: 5 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
