In the role of Sr. Project/Program Manager based in Guadalajara, Mexico, you will be the driving force behind the execution and delivery of large-scale projects, both fixed price or time and materials, that are complex in nature. You'll ensure our customer solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, all while upholding the highest quality standards.

Your position places you at the heart of innovation and collaboration, working with global teams to foster excellence across continents. Your partnership with R&D and sales teams will be crucial in elevating our Sophis projects. With your leadership, you will oversee implementation projects, uncovering opportunities to improve our customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your key responsibilities and deliverables will include**:
**Governance**: Ensuring that all customer contract terms and conditions align with our company's expectations and standards.

**Project Reporting**: Providing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to demonstrate project control and progress to our customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Developing and nurturing customer relationships by understanding and managing their needs and expectations effectively.

**Risk Management**: Implementing a rigorous risk identification and mitigation process, ensuring that risk-related costs are factored into project budgets and schedules.

**Financial Management**: Managing the company's profitability and revenue by maintaining tight control over project costs.

**Third-Party Relations**: Assessing third-party capabilities and risks, and ensuring that their contracts reflect our customer's requirements and payment schedules.

**Leadership**: Leading project teams by developing detailed project plans, defining resources, skill requirements, and ensuring adherence to our ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:
**Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing Fixed Price Projects and demonstrating management and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in banking, fintech, or software companies, with a focus on Capital Markets or Asset/Investment Management Industry will be a strong asset.

**Travel Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Visa to enable occasional travel within the US (specifically to Iowa and Connecticut)
