This role supports Project Managers with internal and external project meetings, creating, reviewing, and updating project documentation, status reports and other material as needed.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Maintenance of detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans.- Tracks the progress and reports out on timeliness and quality of work being performed by vendors to achieve client milestones.- Engages in site management mostly dealing with routine items and sometimes dealing with complex issues.
