This individual will oversee an existing small team of QA professionals, while also directly participating in QA activities to ensure that all software releases meet the highest quality standards. In addition to team oversight, the Sr QA Analyst will establish guidelines and best practices for the discipline. While automation experience is a plus, it is not required for this role.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional knowledge of manual testing processes, and the ability to balance team management with hands-on testing responsibilities. The Sr QA Analyst will work closely with development, product, and management teams to establish quality benchmarks and manage the end-to-end testing process. Also, they will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of a live product through live monitoring and issue management. This role requires someone who can inspire their team to consistently improve, mentor junior testers, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality software.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small, established QA team to ensure thorough testing across all products.Develop and implement testing strategies, standards, and best practices to meet quality goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product Management, etc.) to ensure seamless and timely releases.Oversee manual testing efforts, with an option to explore automation solutions if beneficial.Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and career development for QA team members.Coordinate QA efforts in a fast-paced environment with both long and short development cycles.Manage the bug reporting process and ensure accurate documentation of defects.Actively monitor player or user feedback on live issues, bugs, and service interruptions through support channels.Work with customer support teams to prioritize and address player-reported bugs or concerns.Ensure the team maintains a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.Minimum QualificationsStrong experience in manual QA testing practices, with knowledge of automation being a plus.Experience testing across multiple platforms (browser, Android, iOS)
