We're seeking engineers to utilize advanced technology in agile settings, with a focus on improving the customer experience for every collector.Role OverviewOur dynamic Internal Platform team builds and maintains a robust and scalable platform that underpins Collectors' engineering teams by providing IT, Networking, CloudOps, DevOps, Database, and QA best practices in turn enabling rapid, secure and stable application delivery.We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Engineer to run and refine testing strategies across multiple internal and external products. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure that our solutions have appropriate controls across the entire testing pyramid and continue to handle high volumes of global traffic. Successful candidates must be innovative, flexible, self-directed, and perform both backend and frontend automation. Overall we are looking for a strong candidate who will be responsible for the creation, adoption, and execution of the quality assurance program throughout their software development life-cycle and across multiple agile teams.What You'll Do:Lead and coordinate the testing process for new product features across multiple applications. This includes managing both manual testing and automated testing efforts to ensure the features are thoroughly validated before release.Independently analyze, design and deliver automation frameworks for products with a quality mindset.Implement reliable and repeatable QA processes using automated, load and performance testing approaches
