**Date**:24 Oct 2024**Company**:Qualitest Group- We are looking for a highly motivated Senior QA Engineer with a strong focus on functional testing to ensure the quality of our software products.-
- Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs in Jira.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and design reviews.- Validate fixes and perform retesting for defects.- Provide clear, concise, and timely status updates to stakeholders.- Continuously improve testing processes and ensure best practices.- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with a focus on functional testing.- Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).- Familiarity with Jira for defect tracking.Familiarity with Xray, TestRail or any other test management tool.- Experience in functional, regression, and system testing.- Experience working in an Agile development environment and participating in Agile Ceremonies.- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Preferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of test automation tools (optional)- ISTQB or other relevant certifications. (optional)
