Senior Qa Engineer With Pega Testing

Key Responsibilities:

1. 8+ years of QA experience.
2. 3+ years of experience as a functional tester, including Test Estimation, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
3. Experience in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, etc.
4. Knowledge of Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter-based automation.
5. AWS experience.
6. Experience with Pega applications is an added advantage.
7. Conduct Peer/Lead Review on automation scripts.
8. Good knowledge of general PRPC architecture and Pega Upgrade Process.
9. Cross-train and mentor other team members on the automation framework and script development.
10. Test Data Management: Design, create,
and maintain test data as needed to support quality testing.
11. Stay current on recent and emerging trends in software testing and evaluate them for implementation in continuous process improvement.
12. Knowledge in CI/CD implementations and database concepts, including SQL.
13. Nice to have: Performance testing tools like JMeter, Microservices architecture (Rest APIs, different database technologies, messaging systems like Kafka, etc.).
14. Experience working in a Linux-based environment and basic understanding of Linux commands.
15. Team Management.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
