Main Responsibilities Development and implementation of quality plans for continuous improvement and new product development projects in alignment with project schedules and milestones. Facilitates design, process and assembly reviews (DPAR), FMEA studies and routing quality assessments (RQA). Engages in development of factory and supplier plans when required. Participates in risk assessments, design reviews, virtual build reviews (VB), functional geometry reviews (FGR) as quality representative. Participates or leads projects to introduce digital solutions for quality systems. Lead manufacturing process control within assembly processes. Drive problem solving and data analytics. Drive improvements and analysis via Process Manual, Risk Assessments and Control Plans. Contribute to the analysis of information and the specification of the methods and process steps. What Skills You Need 3 or more years of experience in one or more related Engineering areas: Quality, Industrial, Reliability, Manufacturing or Design. Understanding of manufacturing processes and working in a production environment. Knowledge of standard quality tools such as Risk Assessment, PFMEA, SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis and Statistics. Experience with manufacturing process control. Project management experience demonstrating effective communication, teamwork skills and problem solving
