May lead a team of entry to intermediate level Quality Compliance professionals or a team of supervisors of Quality Compliance Technical / Business Support employees. Sets day-to-day objectives for the achievement of immediate Quality Compliance goals and supervises completion.Role ResponsibilitiesSupervise and participate in activities to improve internal quality indicators (FPY and Scrap) through ProCert, RRCA, and 5S.Oversee quality teams on production lines (leak detectors, hi-pot testing, run tests, MES, sensors, pneumatic tools, ESD, etc.).Ensure compliance with process controls and standard work on production lines, including quality plans, checklists (process and product audits), visual aids, quality alerts, acceptance and rejection criteria, etc.Train and supervise quality auditors.Train operational staff to meet quality standards and communicate field information within production lines.Manage and oversee compliance with Process and Product Audits, as well as LPA.Supervise and participate in activities to improve indicators, and close findings from ISO audits, QMS, and Quality Clinic.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience.Experience as a Quality Engineer.Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis tools (A3, 8D, DIVE).Experience with ISO 9001 audits.Familiarity with FMEA and Control Plans.Advanced English proficiency.BenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
