What you will bring:We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be a key member of an innovative and motivated team, focused on Quality data and analytics. Handling data from a broad variety of functions related to clinical trials and healthcare intelligence, you will be understanding, interpreting and reporting data to support and influence our internal colleagues and clients - helping them to make data driven decisions to define key areas of focus, strategy and improvements for their area of responsibility.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for building a career in Data, enjoys the detail and discovery, and also the stakeholder management and team collaboration element of the role.
Your profile:Experienced in an analytical role within a complex, large company environmentAn analytical mind-set, with the ability to understand complex issues, collect, analyze and condense data into valuable informationAdvanced Excel user knowledge and practice (including Charts, Pivot Tables, advanced calculations & nested formulae, merging datasets)Effective communication skills and ability to interact with different levels of the organisationProven ability to adapt to new ways of working with a focus on efficient, agile, data-driven approachesExperience with SQL based applications and Lean Six Sigma methodologies are specific advantagesWhat ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
