Ensures current and future business requirements can be met by driving high quality sourcing outcomes while partnering with the business, the talent team and the wider HR community. Creating and cultivating unique sourcing and recruitment strategies that creates lasting value for Avnet for years to come.Supports the creation and execution of the overall recruitment strategy, policies, processes and resources to attract and hire top talent across the organization.Fill critical vacancies by identifying and attracting top talent by partnering with the Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers.Cultivates and manages a talent pool on an on-going, proactive basis through research, sourcing and networking.Advises managers and human resources team on recruiting policies and practices.Stays current with laws, regulations and procedures governing recruiting processes to maintain OFCCP compliance.Proactively researches new trends and best practices (internal and external).Coordinates and prepares resources and collateral for recruitment programs and tools.Supports the overall diversity strategy by ensuring diversity is a focus in recruitment programs, tools and resources.Ensures compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements for recruiting and mobility.Builds, maintains and manages relationships with recruitment and mobility vendors and external partners.
