**The Role**:
**What you'll do**:
- Operate as a player/coach, guiding and developing the recruiting team by leading by example. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both full-time and part-time instructors, as well as event speakers.
- Maintain a thorough and thoughtful recruiting approach, ensuring all aspects of the hiring process are well-organized and efficient.
- Develop and share a list of recruiting best practices with the team, helping to implement these strategies to ensure scalable and effective recruiting operations.
- Collaborate with Product and Student Experience team members to create, implement, and lead initiatives that uplift and improve Product School's recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and utilize recruiting data to empower your own recruiting methods and increase efficiency.
**This role could be a good fit for you if**:
- You have proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior recruiters.
- You are a masters in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.
- You have exceptional organizational skills and a strategic approach to recruiting.
- You have the ability to share and implement best practices to enhance team performance and scalability.
- You have experience in recruiting for educational roles, including instructors and event speakers.
- You have previous experience in a player/coach role, balancing individual recruiting efforts with team leadership responsibilities.
- Bonus points if you have startup experience!
