Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both full-time and part-time instructors, as well as event speakers.- Maintain a thorough and thoughtful recruiting approach, ensuring all aspects of the hiring process are well-organized and efficient.- Develop and share a list of recruiting best practices with the team, helping to implement these strategies to ensure scalable and effective recruiting operations.- Collaborate with Product and Student Experience team members to create, implement, and lead initiatives that uplift and improve Product School's recruitment efforts.- Monitor and utilize recruiting data to empower your own recruiting methods and increase efficiency.**This role could be a good fit for you if**:- You have proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior recruiters.- You are a masters in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.- You have exceptional organizational skills and a strategic approach to recruiting.- You have the ability to share and implement best practices to enhance team performance and scalability.- You have experience in recruiting for educational roles, including instructors and event speakers.- You have previous experience in a player/coach role, balancing individual recruiting efforts with team leadership responsibilities
