This hire will support two Consultants who assist clients at the Fund level, focusing on placing executives into Infrastructure clients primarily within the USA, but also globally in sectors such as Electrification, Rail, Solar, Wind, Energy, Clean Tech, Transport, Industrial, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Technology, Oil and Gas, and Power Generation.There is a great opportunity to learn from two highly regarded executive search professionals who have built a world-class, multi-million-dollar revenue-generating practice. This hire will also work with colleagues across the world to provide high-level research and knowledge assimilation that will benefit the growth of the business.The Company:With over 450 consultants in more than 65 offices across 40 countries, this company serves public and private corporations, family-owned enterprises, and non-profit and government agencies to provide board advisory services, CEO and leadership succession planning, executive search and assessment, and leadership development.Role Responsibilities:Manage projects (assignments, pitch preparation, etc.) in partnership with the consultant, creating an effective project plan that ensures the team delivers on client expectations and timelines.Develop the search strategy with the consultant, fully understanding the needs and critical issues of the search and the client.Conduct market (industry, competitor, company, etc.) intelligence to support internal knowledge management (e.G., people news, insights on clients, etc.) and client projects.Systematically identify candidates for client mandates (using internal and external databases) and enhance process efficiency.Drive list generation and talent maps for knowledge management activities.Support the practice in managing relationships with key clients (e.G., key relationships with the client company, monitoring global assignments, company moves, etc.).Lead the team on client documentation (role specifications, progress reports, profiles, etc.).Ensure data quality and real-time data capture on projects (in collaboration with internal knowledge centers).Your Profile:Undergraduate or master's degree.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization, in a fast-paced environment.Experience with project coordination with teams in an international environment
