As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
**What your day-to-day will be like**:
- Be a resource for Team Member questions, assessing job performance for Team Members in the workgroup, and taking corrective action with Revenue Analysts and Coordinators where needed.
- Direct additional projects that support the RMCC Mexico City objectives.
- Distribute workload to align with partners and hotels.
- Understanding of the different service Models in RMCC Mexico City
- New Hires training, development of the calendar, and shadowing
- Ongoing training focused on areas of opportunity, but also improvements and updates from the Hilton Revenue Management field.
**How you will collaborate with others**:
- Lead the development of Revenue Analysts in their workgroup by providing direction and offering feedback on the performance of their duties; influence the workgroup to accomplish our mission through communication, group dynamics, and leadership.
- Coordinate the development of each of your Team Members.
**What projects you will take ownership of**:
- Implement new service models.
- Initial set up for All Inclusive Rates and Channels Systems up to its transitions to property team members on charge.
**WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT**
**You have these minimum qualifications**:
- Three (3) years of work experience in analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations roles.
- Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports
**It would be useful if you have**:
- Hospitality industry experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Hilton's Revenue Management systems
