.**Senior IT Recruiter****Reporting to Client Services Manager****Strategic Delivery**:- Meet weekly with Senior Stakeholders to provide best in class management of existing resource and ongoing/future requirements.- Lead by example for Talent Resourcing Partners, including engagement with the customer and best practice behaviours.- Use outstanding knowledge of technical recruitment to build confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders.- Proactively look for ways to improve the customer experience utilising industry best practice, technology and innovation.- Deputise for the Client Services Manager with team management cover during holiday/leave periods.- Have a deep understanding of recruitment in the technical space and use this to influence stakeholders and provide a best in class experience
