.Emerson, a global leader in automation technology and software, is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer with experience in private and power generation industries in the Monterrey, Nuevo León, Coahuila and Tamaulipas area to join our team; as well as take advantage of the performance of companies due to the benefits brought by Nearshoring and increasing Power Generation demand.In this role, your responsibilities will be:Be identified and recognized as a trusted Advisor for our clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions that add value to their operations.Explore new applications and industry segments to identify potential customers and new business opportunities by taking advantage of the benefits of Nearshoring.Extend and maintain coverage of the Installed Base.Support the Northern Region BDM and Sales Manager in generating the Sales Plan for each fiscal year.Support the Emerson Power Generation team (PWS) in funnel creation, account penetration in Combined Cycle, Coal Power plants as well as Solar and Wind farms.Lead the pursuit of PWS KOB1&2 project in CFE & Private Power Generation Companies and Industrial Power in your region.Identify Key Accounts by planning project follow-up activities ensuring that all of them are implemented and carried out.Responsible for developing and implementing effective account plans and ecosystem maps for all assigned accounts.Ability to quickly develop, establish and maintain effective long-term business relationships by understanding your organization; as well as developing abusiness relationship with senior management, identifying key decision makers and understanding their business, strategy and directions.Present technical and commercial proposals effectively, demonstrating a deep knowledge of our products and services, as well as market trends and technologies.Work closely with the technical team, BDM, proposal and global team to design innovative solutions that meet specific customer needs.Keep a disciplined Sales Approach with PWS Funnel in CRM.Understand Emerson Installed Base of Ovation Automation Platform and relevant Technology in México and the assigned region.Understand PWS Service Portfolio, Value Message. Strong ability to convey Control and Measurement Systems Reliability, availability and performance value message to customers.Sustain and Increase Customers Adoption of Support Services for all Emerson PWS Solutions and Services, including Support Contract, Evergreens and sustainment services.Report to PWS management execution of sales plans, status of Key Projects.Regularly Travel the Region to support customers' calls and SYSS/PWS Presentations and to close orders.Promote and support participation in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, presentations, improving the visibility of our organization by keeping Emerson as the Top of Mind of our customers.Prospecting and qualifying customers through active contact
