Investors in Improvado are Silicon Valley veterans; i.E., Jonah Goodhart (SVP Oracle Data Cloud, Former Founder & CEO of MOAT), Kim Perell (CEO Amobee), Toby Gabriner (Former CEO Nextroll, CEO Bitly), Auren Hoffman (Founder & Former CEO of LiveRamp), etc.. as well as Bullpen Capital and 500-Start Ups.**About the role****Responsibilities**:- Demonstrate technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, technical onboarding, RFPs, and RFIs.- Help Sales and Customer Success to understand the processes, pains, needs, and wishes of prospects and customers.- Work closely with prospects and customers to identify the best configuration options.- Help explain features and releases to clients.- Collaborate with the Engineering team to help influence product roadmap based on market/customer requirements.- Own the discovery and qualification of Improvado's technical compatibility with prospects and provide consultative guidance on technical deal strategy.- Collaborate with customers to ensure Proof of Concepts, Trial, and Onboarding are successful.- Act as the voice of the customer by translating, aggregating, and representing customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.- Utilize strong business acumen, including best practices and business processes, to understand and communicate business requirements and solutions strategies to customers and prospects.**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in SaaS environment.- 3+ years of Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / IT Project management or software engineering experience.- Solid understanding of digital advertising, ad-tech, and mar-tech space.- Experience as a client-facing Sales Engineer, comfortable in the sales environment.- Superior communications skills.- High proficiency in spoken and written English.- Strong listening skills.- An understanding of the principles of working with large amounts of data, the ability to structure information and technical requirements
