Robinson is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers and closing core and strategic business within the medium-sized segment.
This highly competitive sales role requires strong persuasion skills, a growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
We are looking for someone who understands customers' business challenges and supply chain goals, using that information to generate demand and develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer's business.

In this role, you'll work on-site at our San Diego, CA, or Monterrey, MX office, collaborating closely with your peers five days a week.
This face-to-face interaction fosters creativity and leads to impactful results.
The position requires 50% travel, with 80% of that travel in Tijuana and the rest within the U.S. and other parts of Mexico.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:Identify, call, and track prospects to gain core and strategic customer opportunitiesGenerate revenue and maintain a pipeline to meet or exceed net revenue goalsExecute sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectationsUse commercial and solution-based approaches to sellingEstablish multiple contacts and build relationships within prospects' organizationsStay informed of customers' business, industry, and sector to identify opportunities and articulate valueUnderstand market conditions and competitive landscape to provide effective transportation solutionsPartner with customers to gather information and offer tailored solutionsBuild and deliver proposals, tailoring each presentation to the customerLeverage customer-facing technology to match customer needs and increase process efficiency from day oneQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High School diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of previous consultative sales experienceAbility to travel a minimum of 50%Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Preferred:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in negotiation and sales strategiesStrong presentation and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative and strategic thinkerSkilled in establishing and managing relationships with diverse stakeholdersCommitted to a diverse and inclusive work environmentCompensation Range$49,.00 - $,.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
