.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- This position will provide strategic and operational leadership to all types of field sales roles to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives.- Leads creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions.- Designs and develops strategies to increase market share, and grow short and long term business through management of the segment.- May also be responsible for leading other sales channel managers.- Manager of KAMs and telesales teams experience (desirable)**SCOPE & IMPACT**- May be responsible for management of sales operations functions comprised of exempt and non-exempt employees.- May be responsible for leading project teams.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILL**- Comprehensive knowledge of business products pricing, policies, contracts and processes.- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically.- Strong leadership and management skills, including developing and mentoring staff and managing select projects.- Solid understanding and experience with detailed technology projects.- Excellent financial and business acumen.- Effective oral and written communication skills.- Effective negotiation skills.- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work across boundaries.- Strong understanding of the business market.**CERTIFICATIONS / EDUCATION**- University/college degree.- Fluent English.- Prior experience in business operations, sales or related experience, primarily in the area of project management and implementing process improvements.- Previous knowledge and/or experience with a sales organization.- Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.**BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES**- Focusing on Customers- Driving Results- Collaborating across Boundaries**Location: Reforma, CDMX**Do you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
