Senior Sales Manager

Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.Professional Experience:Extensive experience in sales, often 3-5 years, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in managing and directing a sales team.Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques.Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Additional Qualifications:Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.Familiarity with budgeting and sales forecasting.Must speak Spanish.
