**About the role**:
Samsara is looking for a smart, ambitious Sales Operations Specialist interested in helping to ensure the success of our global sales organization. We are seeking people with a passion for helping others, who are eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a direct impact on our growth and the success of our global sales org. This is a dynamic role in which you will be working closely with sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and our largest clients. Proven problem-solving and communication skills are required.

**In this role, you will**:
- Act as a liaison between MX Enterprise Account Executives and internal support teams in Sales Operations, Finance, Procurement, Partners, etc to coordinate complex cross-functional processes
- Project manage internal resources and customer contacts to ensure complex customer requests are executed smoothly
- Engage with customers to ensure smooth execution of key onboarding and documentation processes
- Contribute and identify opportunities for process improvement over time
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
**Minimum requirements for the role**:
- Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in both English and Spanish
- 5+ years of work experience in a Sales Administrator role
- Working knowledge of typical SaaS transaction workflows, particularly in Netsuite or similar ERP systems
- Critical thinking to solve problems
- High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals
- Experience with Enterprise level clients
- Experience working in NetSuite and/or Zendesk
- Customer Support experience supporting internal teams and external customers
- Basic project management knowledge and experience
