Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to extract insights that inform decision-making for our clients, both internal and external.Location: Mexico City, Mexico (60% office-based with 40% remote flexibility)What you will be doing:Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as customers and internal IT teams) to understand business needs, ensure data integrity and flow efficiency, and to create tools for customer utilization.Provide quality validations and ongoing support of client and projects.Ensure quality control to evaluate the accuracy of deliverables and/or project analysis.Monitor and be aware of trends in technology, data sciences, and business practice in the pharmaceutical industry, and provide advice and recommendations on emerging artificial intelligence/machine learning trends and applications.Use the most appropriate data modeling/machine learning principles and tools to design, explore, and build scalable data solutions, potentially from source systems through to the presentation layer.Your Profile:3+ years of experience handling, managing, and analyzing data.3+ years of SAS experience.3+ years of SQL experience.Understanding of statistics and/or statistical modeling.Strong communication skills.Ability and willingness to learn.Ability to work as both a team player and individually.Python and/or R experience (preferred).Experience with healthcare data, patient data, claims data experience (preferred).Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.Ability to work an average of 3 days per week in ICON's Mexico City, Mexico, office.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
