Analyze and manage exceptions in order to identify gaps. Manage and create Internal Requisitions to meet requested date of customers. Coordinate and work internally with Sales, Buyer/Purchaser, Logistics and Manufacturing Team to prioritize material requirements. Review and analyze critical parts, scheduling and inventory transfer requirements using E2PR. Contribute to continuous improvement of Operations by alerting management of key process issues, including root causes, suggestions for improvement, and implementation. Manage allocation of constrained materials. Create and maintain accurate reports using Oracle and E2PR data to maintain Supply Plan analysis. On-time Delivery (OTD) Validation and reporting. Sales Order Defect validation, analysis and execution. Raise ticket for system issues affecting operations and data integrity. Attend UAT Testing and consolidate results.
