The IAM team's mission is to provide the right information to the right people at the right times and places.The IAM team is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of Tyson Foods directories, and for efforts like single sign on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity & access governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, and security access certifications.The Senior IT Security Operations Engineer I will report directly to the IAM Development Manager.
You will work closely with the Security Development and Operations teams, along with the IAM Product Manager and the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Product Manager.Key Responsibilities:Advanced Application Support: Provide high-level support for business applications, addressing complex user queries and resolving technical issues promptly.Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application problems, coordinating users and functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Development and Enhancement: Develop and implement application enhancements, bug fixes, and new features based on user requirements and business needs.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor application performance and system health, ensuring applications run efficiently and identifying potential issues before they impact users.User Assistance and Training: Assist users with advanced application-related questions and provide training and documentation to help them effectively use the applications.Incident and Problem Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
Lead problem management efforts to identify and resolve recurring issues.Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with development teams, IT, and other stakeholders to implement application updates, patches, and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operations and resolve issues.Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and development changes.Change Management: Participate in and lead change management processes, ensuring that application changes are tested and deployed smoothly
