Monthly Work Package review with PM to control, analyze, and evaluate costs and resources evolution, deviations, material, schedule, Risk identification, and mitigation plan for Installation activities.Follow installation engineering studies (Bill of Installation Materials / Quantities, Method Statements, Installation Materials Specification Requirements, Installation drawings, and configuration).Support and assist the installation team in preparing site activities (Installation work, Work permit, Interface with Warehouse, etc.) including Installation supplier and Subcontractor / Installer.Ensure EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination. Adhere to Alstom zero deviation policies and ensure installer or sub-contractor follows the Alstom EHS policies.Support and assist PrIM to monitor/manage QCD performances (including EHS and RSA – Railway Safety), report and anticipate issues, and monitor milestone progress dashboard with regular project KPI reports.Perform/acquire site investigations, surveys, and field inspections as required by the customer or project needs
