**Main Responsibilities**
In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Field Operation Coordinator performs the Installation execution and activities, including:
- To Support and to assist PrIM in the internal interfaces management within Project: Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing,; and external technical interfaces: Partners, Third Parties and Customers
- To Support and to assist PrIM to organize the Installation work (as defined in the Project Installation Management Plan) and to manage Installation Work Package (QCD). Monthly Work Package review with PM to control, analyses and evaluates costs and resources evolution, deviations, material, schedule, Risk identification and mitigation plan for Installation activities.
- To follow installation engineering studies (Bill of Installation Materials / Quantities, Method Statements, Installation Materials Specification Requirements, Installation drawings and configuration)
- To Support and to assist installation team to prepare site activities (Installation work, Work permit, Interface with Warehouse,) including Installation supplier and Subcontractor / Installer
- To Ensure EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination Adheres to Alstom zero deviation policies and makes sure installer or sub-contractor follow the Alstom EHS polices.
- To Support and to assist PrIM to Monitor / manage QCD performances (including EHS and RSA -Railway Safety), to report and to anticipate issues and monitors milestone progress dashboard with regular project KPI reports.
- To perform / to acquire site investigations, surveys and field inspections as required by the customer or project needs.
- To Support and to assist PrIM to Plan and to schedule Installation activities as per handover from installation to T&C plan.
- By delegation to Review and to sign off all installation design including: Installation Method statement, drawings, and manages site copies of drawing with Red & Yellow / Mark-ups, reviews and analyses subcontractor daily/weekly installation report. Manage of Punch list and regular follow-ups to close them. Ensures that "as built" drawings are in place before revenue service, including "as installed" configuration.
- To Review Installation BOQ and updates as per project requirements. Supervising first article inspections and getting approvals from end user. Generates Traceability to installation requirements.
- To List Installation tools and to organize regular inspections (calibration dates, notice to use, etc )
- To Support and to assist PrIM to manage, to organize and to plan the installation activities with Alstom Installation Team and/or Subcontractors. Takeover of building / work place report (Civil works reception) -including punch list of remaining works to be done.
- To Support and to assist PrIM to Make REX of Project installation activities and report on action.
- Monitoring of Control of Equipment and Cables installed by each locality.
- Establish inventory control formats and serial numbers of the installed Equipment.

**Educational Requirements**
**Mandatory**:
- Degree holder in Electrical or related engineering disciplines or Technical High-School Diploma.
- Worked on previous mobility project
- Autonomous, thorough, team worker, curious, quick learner
- Willing to work night o weekend shifts and site works
**Desirable**:
- Construction Industry (Electrical or Electronic)
- Railway Industry
**Experience**
**Mandatory**:
- Minimum 1 to 3 year experience in Industrial activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Field within industry.
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of EHS on site
- Knowledge of railway products installation methods
