As a Senior Software Engineer in our team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our digital transformation journey and develop/modify applications while leading a team of developers.
You'll be hands-on diving deep into code to define system behavior and drive continuous quality improvement of the developers on your team through guidance and code reviews.
You will also have the opportunity to directly engage with business stakeholders to ensure these software solutions align with business objectives.This position's location is in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, and will be worked under a Hybrid Work From Home scheme (3 days at the office).Develop and maintain Angular-based applications and write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into consumable technical stories and software solutions.Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills and knowledge.Understand third-party integrations with Duck Creek like ISO, PitneyBowes, D&B, etc.Strong in Unit Testing, solution documentation, and transition of solutions.Experience working in production support for Duck Creek applications and incident resolutions.Qualifications7+ years of hands-on, full-stack development experience building end-to-end software applications utilizing the Microsoft technology stack: C#, .Net Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, XML, XSLT, Entity Framework, LINQ, Microservices, Single Page Applications in Angular, TFS, GIT, and AppDynamics.Deep understanding of SQL Server and Cosmos DB, including database design models, database performance optimization, and the ability to develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions in SQL Server.Experience with RESTful API design and development.Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.Previous experience with cloud solutions (Azure preferred) along with experience configuring DevOps/continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and/or Maven.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
