**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:
- Solve basic common user problems in real-time, including software functionality problems and questions;
- Escalate top-priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical staff
- Maintain ownership of issues until resolution, drive other teams as needed, and set customer expectations accordingly.
- Resolve incidents in a timely manner as per SLAs.
- Provide guidance, assistance, and mentoring support to junior team members
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

- Technical and practical expertise in SQL Server, XML, and XSLT Strong customer service focus
