In this role, you'll design and implement frontends and backend services, ensuring high-quality, user-focused products.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practicesPractices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building productProvides input into the architecture and design of the product; collaborating with the team in solving problems the right wayServes as an expert on a specific business domain and demonstrates leadership and accountability on at least one technology stackCoaches more junior team members around different technologies and XP practicesProvides support for software products in user environmentsParticipates in executing the strategy, keeping the customer needs and wants in mindParticipates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the productLeads and participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standupsParticipates in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story and chores in a team's backlogEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)ExperienceStrong knowledge of best practices and design patternsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectivelyExperience delivering high-quality software in a team settingKnowledge of continuous integration and deployment practicesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory duties.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
