Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 5-10 years' experience with full-stack enterprise software development (UI, back end, API, database).- Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems.- Proven capability to tackle challenging technical issues and the leadership skills to guide and mentor a team through solution development.- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, ability to explain complex technical concepts to peers and junior engineers.- Extensive experience in Agile development, continuous integration, and delivery.- In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices, including both defensive coding techniques and secure testing methodologies.- Experience delivering software across various Web and Mobile platforms, with a history of successful project leadership.- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
