About role
This position roles across several areas such as systems analysis, software design, software development, technical configuration, installation, integration for components, technical requirements gathering, among others.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Software Development
System Performance Monitoring
- Coordinate follow-up meetings with clients to inform about updates and progress on projects.
- Monitor and manage technical system performance, identifying dependencies related to client infrastructure issues.
- Executing technical installation tasks for implementation projects at client sites
Implementation Projects
- Identification and analysis of project's requirements, to create professional proposals aligned to the client's needs.
- Contact with Project managers to assure activities are adjusted with time frame defined.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computing or related
- Strong Knowledge in programming languages such as HTML and Angular
- Proficient in English
- Willing to travel.
- Excellent effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with parties involved.
- Proactive to escalate critical situations for solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software implementation projects in Latin America
