**You Are**:
**The opportunity**:
- Scope AWS will advise and assist Customer with the following activities, in a non-production environment:
- Integrate with existing CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices for deploying EKS clusters, including cluster creation, tear-down, and upgrades
- Integrate with existing Observability Tools, as required
- Ensure adherence to security best practices for EKS deployments
- Implement security controls and policies per the Customer's requirements
- Provide knowledge transfer sessions to the customer's team as applicable
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference
- Provision and configure a new 3rd party Elasticsearch Service instance to receive logs from the Customer's E-Commerce Platform and Infrastructure Teams.
- Evaluate and analyze the native features of the Amazon EKS and implement certificate-based authentication and rate-limiting for the EKS cluster(s).
- Migrate deployment processes from Jenkins to the tool either Argo Workflows or GitHub Actions enabling the processing of deployment requests through the target platform and effectively sunsetting the existing Jenkins infrastructure.
- Migrate the customer's 3rd party orchestration web service and its associated database to a different AWS account, refactoring and updating the clients to point to the new setup.
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and provide comprehensive documentation to ensure adoption of the new processes and technologies.
- Analyze GoDaddy's upcoming initiatives and identify potential scope items that can benefit the organization, providing recommendations for future enhancements.
- Establish and enforce security controls and policies for EKS deployments, ensuring adherence to best practices and GoDaddy's security standards.

**What you need**:
- Career professional, 3-8 years of experience
- Manages projects independently and as part of larger teams.
- Has been in contributory roles in developing system designs.
- Has experience in a cloud architecture and tooling.
- Has technical depth and good understanding in a few tools, especially the ones using currently
- Can communicate well, good with concepts.
- Can write code for automation, has various good examples.
- Experienced resources with expertise in Java, Bash scripting, Linux-based systems, Kubernetes, AWS services (with focus on EKS), Argo Workflows CD (optional), and DevOps CI/CD practices.
