Senior Software Engineering ManagerJob Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of developers in creating innovative solutions for our customers. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our cloud-based systems and ensuring they meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers with expertise in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for our customers.Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.Requirements Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.Bachelor's Degree.At least 8 years of experience in software engineering.At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).At least 4 years of people management experience.Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree.At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.At least 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks.At least 7 years of people management experience.At least 2 years of experience in Agile practices.
