**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:
- Generate/define a testing plan/approach
- Identify proper and complete test scenarios and document test cases
- Assess and estimate automation testing efforts according to standard agile estimation techniques
- Write effective, scalable code
- Enforce the use of coding standards and best practices as SOLID Principles and design patterns
- Enforce the use of Entity Framework for data object management
- Code and maintain robust API REST communication test scripts
- Debug and fix test scripts errors and performance issues
- Optimize test scripts and automation framework components Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical automated testing solutions
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
**What you need**:
- +3 years of hands-on experience as an automation test engineer
- Experience coding in C# or Java with SOLID / OOP Principles
- Solid experience in API (REST/SOAP testing (with Postman preferred)
- Knowledge/experience with Databases SQL complex queries and validation
- Knowledge/experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) (GIT preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit
- Good problem-solving skills
- Critical Thinking
- Experience working in an agile environment using SCRUM (preferred)
- It would be great if you have:
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) as Spec Flow or Cucumber
- Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) Cloud computing knowledge and experience with any major cloud vendor (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
