Description and RequirementsAbout the Role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in As-a-Service and Digital Workplace solutions to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and ISO teams to craft advanced, client-centric solutions. You'll lead presales strategy, design technology architecture, and guide development teams to ensure successful solution implementation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive strategic presales activities in partnership with Services Sales Executives, and ISO teams to support overarching business objectives.Architect innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges by designing or modifying technology architecture and ensuring seamless integration of software for correct functionality.Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout solution development and implementation.Engage proactively with senior decision-makers at client organizations and internal stakeholders, to provide support for sales opportunities and ensure the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve complex business problems.Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients, bringing innovative solution ideas and employing strong value-selling skills to enhance client engagement.Act as an evangelist for mapping the client strategy to the Lenovo portfolio as well as business insights, knowledge of vertical markets along with a deep understanding of the technologies that will drive change over the medium to long term.Manage consistent presales processes, including opportunity management (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dry-runs, discovery sessions, and product demos to ensure superior solution delivery and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the As-a-Service and Digital Workplace environments.Strong expertise in technology architecture design, systems integration, and development team leadership
