Senior Sourcing Buyer

The Sourcing Specialist has principal responsibility to ensure best price, best quality, service, payment term and delivery term to meet customer demand. Working closely with the supply base, they are accountable for supply continuity and costing in order to effectively meet both the customer's needs and our internal supply chain metrics.Responsibilities:Identify potential suppliers evaluations to supplier to assess their capabilities, reliability, and quality standards.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their sourcing needs, specifications, and requirements.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.Regularly review and analyze sourcing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact sourcing strategies.Identifies opportunities to reduce costs associated with procuring and distributing parts.Requirements:Bilingual Spanish/English is required.Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.5 years of experience in EMS industry material sourcing or purchasing and materials control.Familiar with the entire supply chain system operation process management, strong communication, and coordination skills.Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP is preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
