You will assist our managers and Talent team in attracting future colleagues to Grundfos.Be the Sherlock Holmes of Talent AttractionIn this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the Americas, then take action on sourcing, screening and presenting suitable candidates. Especially on the more complex recruitments, your work will be vital, as you will be the one to dig deep into market and candidate research and provide important insights.Any recruitment will typically start with a meeting between you, the recruiter and hiring manager to cover needs and expectations, and after this, your process starts as you:Creatively source and attract passive candidates through a variety of tools, such as Success Factors, LinkedIn, CV databases and job boardsBuild a pipeline of candidates in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information by full utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors and any additional tools)Screen candidates against required skills and company-identified competencies via a range of methods, i.E. application questions, phone interviews and videoProvide a final shortlist of candidates to recruiters and hiring managers and schedule interviews accordinglyProactively understand business needs and future requirements building and maintaining talent pipelines.HR/recruitment skills and an interest in researchYou're detail-oriented and enjoy the diligent research that goes into matching a candidate to a role. Also, you're able to structure your time to meet deadlines while still ensuring a great experience for both the candidate and hiring manager.
