.Job Description**Who we're looking for**The Senior Specialist, Campaign Marketing Operations plays a pivotal role in improving and scaling our marketing processes in the AMER region. As part of the Campaign Operations team, you will act as a strategic advisor who empowers marketers to run successful campaigns through process optimisation and actionable insights.This role demands a high level of expertise with marketing technology (especially Marketo and Salesforce CRM), strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimising marketing operations to achieve maximum efficiency and impact.**What you'll be doing**Process Optimisation and Efficiency:- Identify and implement improvements to marketing processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness- Oversee and standardise the administration of marketing platforms and tools, ensuring optimal usage and compliance across the AMER region- Partner with Campaign Operations specialists across each region to create and implement global marketing operations standard processes.Analytics and Insights:- Provide actionable insights into AMER marketing campaign performance to help drive better future outcomes- Empower the marketing team to make data-driven decisions, including audience segmentation and analysisLead and Campaign Management:- Ensure the implementation of standard processes in campaign setup, execution, and lead management across Marketo and Salesforce CRM- Act as strategic advisor for the AMER XDR managers and reps, providing insights and recommendations around lead routing and rules of engagement- Monitor and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing funnels, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomesCross-Functional Engagement:- Collaborate with the AMER go-to-market teams, including regional and campaign marketing teams, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and XDR leadership to align on go-to-market objectives- Build strategic partnerships within the company to advocate for and implement system requirements and automations that enhance marketing operations**What you bring to the role**- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of key data points within the marketing funnel- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage projects across multiple regions and align various partners- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills- Data-driven and diligent- Able to work independently and as part of a distributed team- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building relationships to drive business forward**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or campaign operations, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry- 2+ years experience and advanced proficiency with Marketo- Expertise with CRM systems (e.G
